Booking time not working to validate
Tried 4 different cards and all say offers not working what’s the point if the app doesn’t work when we want to book, seats were available but the app constantly doesn’t work
No booking shows
My current booking is not showing, I tried to linked it , it showed that is already linked to my account!
App Freezes
I have emailed support about the app freezing when you close the pop up but updates come out without fixing it. Another user has also complained of the same in the reviews.

اذا طلعت من التطبيق ثواني عشان اجيب رقم البطاقة ارجع القى الدعايات بعدها تعلق الشاشة ماعاد يشتغل شي الا اذا قفلت التطبيق بكبره ورجعت فتحته، طبعا الكراسي اللي حجزتها ماراح تلقاها الا بعد نص ساعه.. يا صلحوها ولا شيلوا الدعايات ولا اضيفوا خيار اكمل حجزي بدل ما تمسك الكراسي نص ساعه..
Works perfectly
I’ve used this app plenty of times to book films and the good thing about this app, it’s saves your payment cards securely and automatically gives you the 2-4-1 discount in the checkout . Will continue to use.
Money deducted no tickets booked
Horribly slow app, money deducted and movie not booked. Please upgrade your tech stack to properly handle calls and app going in background.
Broken app
App is very poor now as is the website. There is no way to log in using Apple ID even though that’s how I created my account !!!

Needs a lot of improvement
Slow to use, booking takes a long time, ordering food takes a long time, navigating within the app is difficult and logging In your personal account and editing isn't built within the app. Getting to rewards qr code is a long process when it should be easily accessible with one tap or on the main interface.

Bring back the old interface
Guys for God's sake please bring back the old interface 2023 era...imagine the friction u guys created to book a ticket now of steps to choose and book it's crazy...get a new product manager probably
Limitation in search
App limits the search option only to cinemas and not for the city, you have to change the cinema in search filter to see if the movie is wether running or not in the city
Needs improvement
Generally, I think the new update is really good. I love the ability to switch between showtimes from the booking window rather than having to exit out.
However, the new movie display page - the one that shows the movies coming soon, seriously needs to go back to what it used to be. The horizontal scroll takes too long to go through, and what’s worse, the movies are not listed by release date, so sometimes you get confused when each movie comes out.
I hope that you also find a way to incorporate Fazaa and Esaad discounts on the app itself. Surely you can link emails rather than asking people to physically go to the cinema every time they want to use these discounts.

يفيد لكن سيء
لازم تحدثوه ولا تشوفوا مشغل او مطوّر اخر، التطبيق ثقيل ويالله يحمل ولا يطلع عروض او صعب تدخل لحسابك وتحدث بيانات وكل شي يطلعك لموقع، ثقيل تعلموا من تطبيقات الاخرى ويفضل يكون سلس واسرع واسهل نكون شاكرين.
اسوء ابلكيشن من ناحية حجوزات على خدمة عملاء لا خدمة ولا تعامل تتواصلون مع فروع خارج سعودية يردون
اشين شي استخدمته ومعد افكر ارجع لهم لا تعامل ولا ابلكيشن زي الناس ولا فيه سهولة استرجاع وغيره و خدمة عملاء تحتاج خدمة عملاء صايرة اجلس بالساعة والساعتين ومافيه احد يرد ولا ايميلات و لا تويتر ولا انستقرام و الفلم يروح وللان ماشفنا رد
If only the App was as good as cinema experience
The app works in strange ways, debarring your right of booking if any card details are misfed. Poor mitigation of any complaint.
Terrible Functionality
You used to be able to see what movies are playing at all cinemas. Now, it forces you to choose a particular theater, so you have to check each location one at a time to find a showing that works for you. No thanks—I’ll just go to AMC.
Dysfunctional application with updates every other day
I have never seen so many useless updates in my life. Can't cancel tickets

The app has twice cut amount from my account but never allowed me to book. Every time I did booking it cut money but stuck at payment page.
