I got my account frozen due to late payment as I was abroad and my phone was not reachable but despite emailing for 3 months and calling 50 times... they passed me around. They misused my patience as I had soft corner for this bank. I am totally disappointed with their service.

Totally crap
I don’t no it’s bank’s fault or software. While payment and transfer are were free during festival time, it’s charging normal transaction fee. Now clearing house deducted transaction fee it’s still charging same. I was trying to transfer to mismatched(may be some alphabetical) account name to school account it asked either I want to send or not only showing “ok” no option for yes or no while I clicked ok it does nothing I have done may time but not working while working on other banking app.
