Seriously need to fix your app
The banking app is not great. The app is always down or simply won’t open, or even when you can get it to open, transactions won’t send through. Could chalk it up to network issue, but my other bank apps work perfectly so I know it is a server issue. I’ve been embarrassed way too many times because the app decided it didi not want to work so I’ve been stuck being unable to make payments be when I have the funds in my account. Bank with Siddhartha if you like to save because they won’t let you spend your own money.

Important business transaction always gets stuck by this stupid app. Does the IT team even know how to fix it ?
