App is fine, product qty and quality is an issue
I used to order from their borewell road store directly over the phone. Every Friday fresh Bengali fish used to come and I used to get WhatsApp msg. There I used to just ping what I needed, and it used to get delivered. Now when I compare that experience with the new app, one thing for sure products have become definitely costly. I just ordered Catla spending Rs.400, and the qty I got is atleast 300-400 gms less than what I would have got earlier. Additionally the cutting was not proper. Earlier I could Personalized how I wanted the cut piece just by talking over the phone, but now it’s not possible. Overall I feel going to store and buying would be cheaper and better than ordering via this new app.

They randomly book some delivery agent and these agents demand money again. Primecut don’t take any responsibility for any fraudulent activities done by these agents. Be careful
