Delivery is on time.
Please keep milk packets in basket on the shoe rack
Too bad services. Packets are throwing on floor and sometimes on cheppals/slippers instead of putting on basket
Annoying calls to refund rightful money
Imagine this scenario. It happens to me at least twice a week.
If I ordered 5 packets of milk, the delivery guy will deliver 4 and mark it as 5 (guessing to pocket the money for one). I have to check everyday and request for refund for the missing milk pocket. Some customer rep will call me to confirm in my busy day about the missing milk to refund the amount. It’s so annoying to do this so many times. There should be a penalty for delivery person for incorrect number of milk and type of milk usually cheaper and charging more. Confirm with the delivery man.
But if you really like talking with me and are going to call me twice a week, then let’s have one person as customer rep for me so my friendship blossom with that person. PS I PAY THE MEMBERSHIP FEE TOO

Lazy people
Worst app to get things from, these people will deliver milk at 12pm and even after you raise multiple complaints, they don’t do anything about it. All they say is “sorry for the inconvenience, it won’t happen again” and then the same thing happens n number of times. Also the milk that gets delivered at 12pm is always spoilt. They have started charging for delivery and then ive not got my milk packet delivered on time.
I had ordered groceries from them once, because of a glitch in their app…they sent me double quantities of everything (₹1000 worth of products) and when i raised complaint, they asked me to return the items next day and they refunded only half the amount. They deducted money from my account for a mistake that they made and after that they did not take any complaints from me. They just ignored my msgs and calls and they claim to be best at customer service!! JOKES!!!! Please do not use their services!
