I have been a customer since 5 yrs . I Trust the brand and its quality over all the others in the market. The daily test results in the app indicate their transparency of the quality. Will continue in the future also. Request the brand to maintain consistency and integrity.
Regular delivery issues
We have been using Sid’s firm app for milk, ghee, paneer items. So far the quality of the products are good. But the delivery of the products is something you need to focus. Also I observed previously the Sid’s firm milk was available early in the mornings in the departmental stores, but now a days the departmental stores are mentioning vendor sending the milk packets on time. I would like to mention that logistics issue needs to be addressed.

Terrible Product and Even Terrible Customer Service
So yesterday(30th Oct) I ordered 16 cans of protein milk and the expiration for them is 2nd November.
And I ordered this with the help of a customer support executive.
If the expiration time is so small, why wasn’t this mentioned anywhere on the website or on the call.
I have now 16 protein milk cans with expiration in 2 days! The number listed on the website always keeps saying, “Out of Network”. The customer representative “Kusuma” has just left me on read and there has been no updates from them. If you haven’t sorted the logistics, don’t launch an app!
And nowhere on the website is the expiration of the protein milk is mentioned!

One of the worst delivery and customer service experiences
One of the worst delivery and customer service experiences! One day, we didn’t receive our milk packets, but the app showed them as delivered. I contacted them through WhatsApp (the only option since there’s no customer care number). They said they had proof of delivery and would share pictures to confirm if it was our house, but after that, there was no response.
Two days later, we found the milk packets placed on the compound wall of our apartment instead of at our doorstep. This is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time such poor service has happened. Very disappointed with their delivery and lack of communication.
