I have been a customer since 5 yrs . I Trust the brand and its quality over all the others in the market. The daily test results in the app indicate their transparency of the quality. Will continue in the future also. Request the brand to maintain consistency and integrity.
Regular delivery issues
We have been using Sid’s firm app for milk, ghee, paneer items. So far the quality of the products are good. But the delivery of the products is something you need to focus. Also I observed previously the Sid’s firm milk was available early in the mornings in the departmental stores, but now a days the departmental stores are mentioning vendor sending the milk packets on time. I would like to mention that logistics issue needs to be addressed.

Terrible Product and Even Terrible Customer Service
So yesterday(30th Oct) I ordered 16 cans of protein milk and the expiration for them is 2nd November.
And I ordered this with the help of a customer support executive.
If the expiration time is so small, why wasn’t this mentioned anywhere on the website or on the call.
I have now 16 protein milk cans with expiration in 2 days! The number listed on the website always keeps saying, “Out of Network”. The customer representative “Kusuma” has just left me on read and there has been no updates from them. If you haven’t sorted the logistics, don’t launch an app!
And nowhere on the website is the expiration of the protein milk is mentioned!

One of the worst delivery and customer service experiences
One of the worst delivery and customer service experiences! One day, we didn’t receive our milk packets, but the app showed them as delivered. I contacted them through WhatsApp (the only option since there’s no customer care number). They said they had proof of delivery and would share pictures to confirm if it was our house, but after that, there was no response.
Two days later, we found the milk packets placed on the compound wall of our apartment instead of at our doorstep. This is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time such poor service has happened. Very disappointed with their delivery and lack of communication.

Best dairy product till date no delivery issues and I order paneer and milk Daly which is very tasty and healthy

Tasted buffalo whole milk by ordering in zepto. Quality is good. But when I downloaded the app for regular purchase, asked me to recharge the wallet. After recharge app is showing no delivery at your location. No response from customer care.
Must try!
Me and my family have been using the subscription for over 2 years and this has made the overall health and well being has exponentially improved. I definitely recommend the service to everyone !

Hi, I haven’t received my order today. I know this is the forum for this complaint but I have been trying to contact your support team but there is no response. Therefore I am writing here to draw the attention. I hope to get a response after this.
Keep on changing rate of the products
Initially they gave curd combo of rs 55. All of the sudden they changed to 3 pack combo for 110 rs. We bought that for some time and now again they changed to 132rs same 3 pack combo. They fixed on rate as one curd pack cost 55rs. And so they keep on changing price within the price limit. Worst
Wrong type of milk delivered
We subscribed for A2 Desi Cow Milk and Sid’s Farm delivered us Double toned cow milk for almost a month. When complained to customer service they came back saying they checked with the deliver agency and they said they have been delivering A2 Desi Cow Milk. And they were asking for proof. Sid’s Farm should have proper control on their delivery agents.

App issues and bad support team
App doesn’t support to give feedback. Support team doesn’t respond in timely manner to resolve delivery issue even after multiple attempts. I didn’t get refund either. Simplify the process of support process instead of WhatsApp. Messaging has to be part of the app.
Not able to use outside country
I was able to use the app before 1 month. But now they are saying we cannot use the app outside india. Not sure why they are restricted. I am using for my parents. They are not much familiar with recharge adding/ pause the products. I used to manage the things. But now it is very difficult for me to do any changes or to do recharge i need to ask my friend.

Poor customer service
Sids farm is getting cash free deposits typically as wallet recharges for the entire month and more. Even for customers who have been with Sids Farm for 4/5 years, the moment the wallet becomes negative they stop delivery without any notice. Sids Farm management doesn’t have the common sense to start notifying/ calling a week before the wallet balance could turn negative.

For over a month I’m unable to login/request an OTP to login. The support team keeps asking me to uninstall/install. It doesn’t work.

I have been using sid farms milk product since few years. Quality still the same and i can peacefully give milk products to my kids without any second thoughts.
