This app never really works properly
I love NB, always shop there. So they get 2 stars for encouragement.
This app though is always glitchy in some way. The latest glitch is it doesn't allow you to do anything but put in your contact number, the button to submit the number isn't accessible.
If the NB team is reading this, why are you allowing such a substandard app??

“CONFIRM” button hidden behind numeric keypad on iPhone SE (2nd gen)
Device/OS: iPhone SE (2nd generation),
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Nature’s Basket app.
2. Tap Login or Sign up.
3. Enter a 10-digit mobile number in the input field.
4. Observe the numeric keypad remains open and covers the “CONFIRM” button.
Expected Behavior:
After entering the mobile number, the “CONFIRM” button should remain visible and accessible, either by auto‑scrolling the screen or allowing the keyboard to be dismissed.
Actual Behavior:
The numeric keypad stays open with no “Done/Return” option, and the “CONFIRM” button is hidden. User cannot proceed with login on smaller screens.
Impact:
• Prevents login/sign‑up on iPhone SE and other small‑screen devices.
• Blocks retail users from accessing the app entirely.
Suggested Fix:
Implement proper scroll view / safe area handling for the login screen, or provide a keyboard dismiss option (e.g., “Done” button, tap outside to close).

Pathetic. Avoid downloading.
What a scam. Ordered worth 5k+ online. Order showed as delayed by an hour. Called customer support, got connected to the nearest store. Said they’ll deliver soon. Showed out for delivery, then showed delivered but guess what - nothing delivered! And when I try calling customer support again? Automated response saying this is outside office hours, we will call you back when we can. I’m honestly surprised this app has even 2 stars or that Natures Basket is still even operational. I’ll get my refund one way or another, and haven’t decided yet on whether to take them to consumer court for false advertising/negligence in service/fraud or work towards ensuring no one in Bangalore gets their business. :)

Undependable Service
They take the order on the app and then last min they will cancel the order so if you’re doing a recipe or something, you’ll be running around last min. Better use big basket or Swiggy. I don’t know why they call and ask if I want to order something. Also not all products on the app are available at all areas nor do they have that info that it’s not available. You’ll find out when they cancel your order last min. Stupid over priced service.

Unusable
With all the IT talent there is in India, it’s shocking this app is as bad as it is. I put all my items in the virtual basket and attempted to select a delivery slot, but no options pop up when I touch the drop-down menu prompt. I can’t tell if it’s because there are no slots available, or if it’s something else. Tried refreshing several times. The end result is we can’t order anything. Seems like a poor business model.
