Can’t seem to change location from “nearest” to “starred”. Don’t want to scroll through +30 locations to find the one I use

Tried creating an account. It wants to send a 1 time code to your email. Checked my inbox for 10 minutes and my junk box. Never sent it. My so. Tried on his phone to set one up, same thing. Off to the Esso we go!
WORST APP EXPERIENCE EVER
After struggling through this app for 30 minutes and giving it all my data I would have preferred to run out of gas in the country side.
There is absolutely no need for an app like this when gas registers everywhere can process payments and operate unattended now. Despite this I needed to first download the app in a rural area with limited service, which took 3-5 minutes. Then the app required my phone number and email, both of which it used for two factor authentication. Totally excessive to the point of absurdity for the purpose of just buying gas. This is likely a data collection scam. Lastly, it charges a 3% service fee to take payment.
