No download option

No download option available for downloading medical reports and test reports. Also can’t access MyPrime. It’s not loading.

Great App but not working any more

Prime health app was one of the best, but since March it has not been working. Not sure if anybody is working towards fixing that. We are unable to check for Dr schedules, get appointment or check for lab results.
