Great App but not working any more
Prime health app was one of the best, but since March it has not been working. Not sure if anybody is working towards fixing that. We are unable to check for Dr schedules, get appointment or check for lab results.

Can’t book an appointment, also data from Visits and Appointments cannot be viewed

The app needs a lot of improvement. Extremely slow and frustrating to use. Almost every button and page often hangs in an endless loop and I have to shut the app and restart but to no avail. As good as Prime Clinic is, this app is just the opposite.

Every time i am opening the app it asking me to log in again, please fox it
App is Difficult to use
1. The account gets logged out each time we close and open the App. This is irritating to enter the log in details each time.
2. You should provide the option of Face ID to login.
3. After booking the appointment on the prime App, it doesn’t show the appointment details on the App and there is no SMS confirmation.

Not user friendly
Nowadays this app every time it is asking for login details,totally annoying IT team should fix this issue.
Not up to mark (worst ever app)
Very bad design. Every time you have to manually log in. Can’t register me and my family in one app or under same email or under same number. I raised many issues regarding the app at the reception but they will say we will resolved it but never gets resolved. I would not suggest it. Rather would call the call center for appointments or any other queries. Not recommended at all. Their doctors are good but I felt their management and IT department needs improvement.

Not working
I’m trying to log in, but it’s just showing processing , not great log in. I have tried uninstalling the app and tried again to login but not working.
App login not working since months
I’ve been using this app since many years and was booking appointments, looking for my reports etc in the app. Now since few months app login has stopped working, even after entering correct password or through UAEPASS it’s not working. How is it the IT team not able to fix a simple thing since months? Very disappointing..

Reports on the app is not downloding
Downloading a report is a big time issue
Never logs in
The login doesn’t work neither with UAE Pass nor with patient information! It returns with API Server error! Giving up

I wonder which kind of an IT department Prime Health is having 🤔 their updated APPs are not properly tested and pushed to production with errors.
Medical health in UAE tightly integrated with UAE Pass and Govt. of UAE provides a well documented Integration of UAE pass for External parties.
Why can’t Prime Health IT can think out of the box and use this integration to avoid lengthy process of signup or login ?
I believe the APP testing and Quality Assurance team is not governed professionally by the Prime Healthcare management, suggest they should look into this.
Remember IT is a business enabler. At least in the APP it does not reflect.
On the other hand, I am very happy with healthcare services offered by Prime Healthcare and a loyal patient/customer. :)
Hope someone in business have a look into my feedback and do needful to improve. Cheers

Not able to login on 13 mini Iphone
I am not able to login on my 13 mini Iphone both way UAE pass and RG number password.
Same credentials working through other mobile phone

cant login or book appointments!
for some reason the app doesn’t let me login (even though i know my login details and have them saved). even when i try to login through UAE pass the app just stays on the login page.
if i try to book an appointment as a guest, it says that there is no phone number applied even after i put my phone number in. it’s so frustrating and completely useless because i have to keep booking my appointments through calling them
