Trash app
This app is absolutely horrible. I don’t know why any company would want to use this unless it is absolutely free for them to use it consistently logs you off having to login multiple times just to see a schedule just to deal with your time card just an absolute trash app.

This has got to be the worst system! It takes forever to load and once its loaded, it will log you out and on and on and on!

to clock in or out every time i have to enter my username, password, faceid, then receive a security code whenever i come in, leave for lunch, come back from lunch, and leave for the day.
Garbage app
I have never hated an app this much in my life. Every time I get out of app and come back after 2 seconds, it “times out” and signs me out completely and I would have to redo the security code. It used to be a security code once a day per device. Sometimes I would literally be on the app trying to clock in and it would sign me out randomly. Also, most of the time when I need to clock in at 9am it doesn’t load and stays as a white screen for like 10 minutes then I have to either ask my manager to change my time entry or stay 10 mins later to clock out. This app is getting more and more unpleasant to use by the day.

Newest text code update.
Terrible update, why would yall do this? We use this to clock in and now the app forecloses or glitches out all the time. Remove the text code sign in please! This app is ridiculous trying to clock in and it makes us late. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Crashes constantly
Constantly crashes. Constantly asks to change password. Will kick you out in the middle of doing something. Terrible app!!

I cannot login using this app. My credentials work online, but not in the app. Recommend escalating this to development.

The app doesn’t even recognize my username and password, forcing me to use my browser. PrimePay: “Time to invest some resources into a new developer!”
Garbage
This app is garbage and the makers should be fired. Most of the time when it loads it just brings up a blank white screen and goes nowhere. On the off chance it does load it takes forever. If you have an assignment to do good luck! The keyboard will pops up blocking any text box so you can’t see what you’re typing, then it won’t let you scroll up. On top of that, if you go online and try and log that way it doesn’t recognize you’re password. I wish my company would have never gone away from ADP.

Bad optimization
I’m currently on the IPhone 17 pro max if I haven’t use the app for a day first time opening the app it doesn’t fully load,I have to close the app and reopen it just to get it to load please fix
Same issues as everyone else
I need to close and reopen the app to get it to work. This happens on 2 different phones that are up to date. Others at my company have the same issue. I work in IT so i see all the tickets about it.

the app is ok when it opens. it constantly shows up with just a black screen and i have to close it and reopen it multiple times. i’d love to walk around with a desktop but i can’t!! the app is what’s available to be so i have to use it but it sucks
