Horrible app
Please. Just fix it. It’s absolutely awful. Can’t view anything. Can’t pay unless you call. It’s been stuck on a white screen. It’s just simply the worst insurance company and worst app I’ve ever come across.

The app does not work and even the website does not work. I guess I’ll have to pay over the phone which is an inconvenience to me because I prefer paying on app and being able to view my account
App doesn’t work on iOS
The app does not work for iPhones just pulls up a white screen. Also, the website doesn’t work on. Safari only works on chrome. Terrible insurance company and terrible app will be switching as soon as possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE COMPANY TO ANYBODY BUYER BEWARE.

It stays on a white screen when you open the app it’s not working.

I don't think they have ever used the app themselves. I thought it was a faux insurance company. They are real and real stingy with app upgrades.

Why have an app that doesn’t even work!!!
ALWAYS issues with this app. Can never pay when I want to pay and always end up calling the office to pay it over the phone anyway. Twice the office has been closed and I’ve missed my due date because this app doesn’t load for nothing and I’m forced to go through the whole process of reinstating my insurance. If I had other options I would be switching but I’m stuck with this!

Also, you can try the web version of the mobile app at: https://www.insurance-services.us/bl/insacc/ . These links at primeroinsurance.com . You can setup for autopay is another way to not miss a payment. Please contact support.

Its hit or miss
I’ve never been able to print my Documents from my app I always go done to have them printed. I just realized that if I turn my phone sideways and snap a screenshot I can print my card out as a picture. I have always had a hard time making payments through the app but surprisingly today accepted it without issue. So I’m grateful for the small wins!! Its a pretty terrible app but it could always be worse I suppose.

This app hasn’t worked in years. Only good for making a payment. Nothing else. Can’t see documents or ID card

App has never worked since I got policy 1 year ago . Not one time have I been able to make a payment or view documents .
A good start would be if I could actually log in . But like I said the app has never worked . You can rely on the inconvenience this causes and that’s the only thing you can rely on .

Had this app and haven't had any issues until now. Can't view ID cards or cab cards
