Great for scheduling
I recently installed this app after the latest update and it worked great for scheduling an in person appointment with the doctor of my Choice. Love that I don’t have to make a call to do this!
Moving in the right direction
I was concerned at first because of the reviews. It looks like they have listened to the feedback because they are partnering with Teladoc again. I was seen by a provider in less than 10 minutes. The app is relatively basic, but it allows me convenient access to a doctor which is awesome. Plus it’s only version two so will see what comes next.

Garbage
Teladoc was so much better. This app is clunky and garbage.
Total Garbage
This was a clean money saving move on Zion Healthshare’s part that was not customer first. The app is non functional and the support is non existent.
Terrible. I may leave Zion
Primestin is a terrible experience. I may change health share providers over this. The app is awful. There is not even a back button if you push the wrong thing. Administrative service is bad and can’t seem to make simple changes. Visit waits are hours. If you are considering Zion health I would look elsewhere until they figure this out.

Zion messed up
Zion Healthshare switched from Teladoc to this… and that was a bad move. I have been trying for over an hour to get seen by a physician but their technology is so incredibly bad it isn’t working. Teladoc was established and gave a legitimate alternative to seeing our primary care physician, but this is worse than the hassle and money to go see a primary physician. This company was not ready for this amount of customers/patients so I am struggling to see how this is a value add to the Zion Healthshare membership.

They Don’t let you get seen.
Put in flu symptoms and they declined the visit. Pointless app if you can’t even see someone for a cold or flu.
