Making appointments is fast and easy!!! I love that we can now select a stylist based on their Bio and expertise!
Love the newest version, but there are a couple of bugs
Even though I have the app setting to allow it to “Add Events Only” to the calendar, it tells me that I haven’t granted permission to access the calendar when I book an appointment and try to add it. I shouldn’t need to allow “Full Access”.
Also, it’d be helpful to be able to choose a stylist when booking.
*I tried to contact the app developer, but it only sends you to the company’s website with no contact info.

Needs a lot of updating
Unable to save your preferred location - can’t re-schedule your appointment - can’t select your stylist - worst app ever
App Changed
Time wasted to navigate this app. Email and password do not automatically save. Locations are across country not just in general area. No place to add extra services like head massage or hot tool. I feel this app used to have all these functions and now it does not.
Life Changing
I absolutely love this place. I cannot even attempt to do what they are able to do. I love Ashley, Lindsay and especially Chris. They are all talented stylists and Chris just makes me smile. He is very entertaining. I look forward to each visit.

Many things do not work on the app. Very frustrating!
No show by employee
I had an appointment on monday. I got a sitter for my two kids. I was not called and showed up for my appointment and when I got there I was told my stylist did not show up. I was not really offered any good solutions. I was not offered any sort of compensation even though I paid for five blowouts in advance. Now I feel trapped having to use them. When I asked them if there was in their studio to take me I was only offered the phone number. I am very sad about this

Lots of gaps
This app has 3 major weaknesses. First it should show the stylists that I have visited; in addition, it should allow the user to select a stylist when booming an appointment so I can see if the stylist is available or not. Third, I bought a multiple use package from my local PNB; the app should show how much of a balance I have left. But the user is left in the dark on all those items.
Now, I am trying to book an appointment on November 20th, the number on the calendar highlights as a 20, but the confirmation page puts the appointment on Saturday, Nov 21st. WRONG! Please fix.

Blow out 09/04/20
I had such a great experience, this is the second time that I’ve gotten my hair done by Jace at the Chandler location. He has such a great technique and I wouldn’t get my hair done with anybody else.

Primp and Blow of Evans was beyond amazing! I had just a wonderful experience getting pampered with hair and makeup. They made sure I was taken care of and satisfied with the finished product which I was for sure! It was a much needed mommy break! I will be back very soon!
Getting Pampered!
I knew that I found my blowout place when they offered me Nespresso coffee, mimosas or wine from the local winery. The design and esthetic is so pleasing (not cluttered,) as well as all the little extras, like a warm towel around your neck and a scalp massage. And I’ve been very pleased with my hair styles. Jennifer has really listened when I tell her my style has to last a few days and it has!

I’ve always been shy to make up and hair perhaps due to not having a mother that was feminine. I always felt sad not being able to get dolled up and feel pretty. I decided to take a shot in the dark and encountered a life changing experience at Primp and Blow. From the moment I walked in the place was decorated beautifully and elegant and the staff was friendly, inviting and had beautiful smiles. I was nervous until my make up artist put me at ease. She didn’t make me silly for not knowing anything about make you and she really put me at ease as well as took her time.
The products used are quality, durable and visually pleasing. I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. The staff really does an outstanding job and they make you feel like you are a welcomed guest at a luxurious Hollywood studio. I am now no longer self conscious about asking for help with make up and I’m excited to come in weekly to get glammed up! I feel more confident be Star of Primp n blow.

Waterfront Location in Downtown Scottsdale
Primo and Blow makes me look and feel BEAUTIFUL every time. I have been to other Blow Dry Salons around Scottsdale, and none compare to the service, quality, style, and attention at Primp & Blow. I LOVE the Waterfront Location and the Stylist DJ! She does my hair PERFECT!!! ❤️❤️❤️ This is the ONLY place I go for Blowouts now.

Easy Appointments
I use this app frequently. My only complaints are that I cannot pick my stylist or change/delete an appointment directly from the app.
I love this new app!
I like this app for being so easy and simple! I can quickly login using my face recognition feature(no need to remember my password again!) and book appointment. I like that it also allows to call salon directly from the app if I need to change my appointment time. Calendar feature with pop up reminder is also cool, helps me not to forget things! I recommend to use this app!

A 5 Before recent update
The app no longer populates my user name and password when I access it. At log in I have to input my email address each time as well as my password. It’s annoying and has kept me from making an appointment every now and then.
