Get this app!!!
I have ADD and find this helps me train my focus in a way nothing else does. My only complaint? It took so long for me to stumble upon it! Wish I found it sooner!
Simplicity
Meditation should be clutter free and this app, compared to other meditation apps you’ll find, is all about simplicity.
Disappointed it won’t work
Despite reinstalling a few times, this loads then offers to start the tutorial (how to use in less than 3 mins), then crashes out. Would love to get it working but no joy. On latest iOS too. No idea what is wrong.
