I had some issued about printing picture is blurry and distorted. Kindly fix it. The density of the faces of people is not good. Look like old.

Ipad Pro 11 一代及三代均不能使用，停留在選擇printer型號介面，不能進入操作介面。
但在ipad mini 4，ipad pro9.7 ,iphone 7 plus 及 xs 沒有問題。

App freezes
When I activate the camera and take a picture on phone it says retake or use can’t select anything it’s just frozen and when I try restarting app same thing they need to update app

Developer why is there not a setting to cut photo into strips??? On printer states auto cut, but photo does not come out cut. Most of my business are photo strips 2x3. I waited forever for this WiFi dongle only to discover it won’t work for my actual printer/business needs. Very disappointed with the options of this app. Please make option for cutting!!!

Bugs in the app
The app crashes after the print finishes every time. Also the paper won’t load itself, it has to be pushed in and helped. The app needs fixed, we use this printer for work on a daily basis.
Bug fix for iPhone
We use the P310w for work. App freezes after taking a photo and will not let me use. I have to close the app and restart and the picture saves that way.
Also would love the option to print out multiple passport size photos back to back to back. An option to select multiple pictures and just push print for the ID photo setting would be very convenient.

Aplicativo completamente instavel. Fecha toda hora e indexa as fotos a partir da primeira tirada. Eu que tenho 30.000 fotos no celular de 128gb, teria que ficar 1 hora fazendo rolagem. Nota ZERO

What’s the point of purchasing a $500 machine when the app cannot support iOS. Every time I try to print a photo the app crashes. I contacted their support service only to be told they fixed the problem a few weeks ago (apparently not).
