Seriously? Barely Usuable
Very poor design, hard to use. Adding a file to an album or files is utterly frustrating. As someone who recently purchased a unit I find this app to be very disappointing. Please do better.

No support , won’t connect
I was really excited to get this machine, but the app will not connect to the machine and there is no way to get any support. They won’t answer so with that in mind, I would probably send back the machine.

Super Easy and Powerful!
I’ve been using the Algo Laser app with my machine and it’s been a game-changer. The interface is super clean and easy to navigate, even if you’re just starting out. It connects quickly, and I love how smooth the file transfer process is. Plus, having the ability to adjust settings directly from my phone saves so much time. Highly recommend this app if you’re into laser engraving makes the whole process way more convenient and fun! Thank you so much!
