No good
This app is terrible. WiFi connection is hit and miss. You can’t import files. Inconsistent performance. Absolutely does not work on Mac!
Needs improvement
It connects to the engraver with no problem, but not very user friendly.
1. I can’t save a project locally on my device and modify it later?
2. I can’t save the material profile for the open project, but that material disappears when I open the app again?
3. You can’t go back to the edit page if the border is on, it wouldn’t automatically turn off and let you go back, it simply doesn’t respond if you click on the arrow to the top left. It took me a while to figure out why it’s not responding

Help.
It was working fine but then said its storage is full. No matter home much I delete files to crest new one it won’t open up space. Has anyone run into this problem? I am using my iPhone which had don’t a great job. Please help
It just works
Not sure what everyone is complaining about here. The one problem I had was with my phone disconnecting from the laser cutters WiFi network since it had no connection to the internet. Once I bypassed that and homed it I had no issue getting things working. First ever laser cutter experience too so you know it’s not a fluke.

Got the longer Ray 5 mini went to set it up says get this app but this app it trash it won’t even let me connect
