This app is terrible. WiFi connection is hit and miss. You can’t import files. Inconsistent performance. Absolutely does not work on Mac!
Needs improvement
It connects to the engraver with no problem, but not very user friendly.
1. I can’t save a project locally on my device and modify it later?
2. I can’t save the material profile for the open project, but that material disappears when I open the app again?
3. You can’t go back to the edit page if the border is on, it wouldn’t automatically turn off and let you go back, it simply doesn’t respond if you click on the arrow to the top left. It took me a while to figure out why it’s not responding

Help.
It was working fine but then said its storage is full. No matter home much I delete files to crest new one it won’t open up space. Has anyone run into this problem? I am using my iPhone which had don’t a great job. Please help
It just works
Not sure what everyone is complaining about here. The one problem I had was with my phone disconnecting from the laser cutters WiFi network since it had no connection to the internet. Once I bypassed that and homed it I had no issue getting things working. First ever laser cutter experience too so you know it’s not a fluke.

Got the longer Ray 5 mini went to set it up says get this app but this app it trash it won’t even let me connect

Gravur Genauigkeit
Nach dem Update kann man die Gravur Genauigkeit nicht mehr wie zuvor auf 0.03 sonder nur noch auf 0.05 einstellen was schlecht ist da es zuvor viel besser was vom Erscheinungsbild daher Gravur

Die Verbindung ist nicht stabil. Projekte können nicht gespeichert werden. Ich kann kein Projekt erstellen ohne mit dem Laser verbunden zu sein.
Can’t delete files
You can use this app about 30 times and then it won’t let you use it anymore. I’ve tried installing it again and that still doesn’t clear it so I can’t use the laser anymore. Wouldn’t have bought it if I had known.
This APP is terrible
LONGER3D Markets their lasers to be able to use IPad OS or smartphone OS. Technically it’s correct, you can engrave with this software. It’s awful, theres no way to set gates, there’s no way to do any material tests. That alone has taken up sooo much of my time. Since you’re guessing for power and speed, you have to manually set it in layers if you want to test. You can’t save any templates (like your own tests that you’ve made) you just have to hope they are back in the”historic” section and you can find it. It’s only good if you were meticulous when setting your speeds and power per group. I’ve now bought the cheapest laptop I could find on Amazon, so I can run lightburn. This app is absolutely awful. It’s like it was made to be used as a demonstration, like something LONGER3D would’ve brought to CES2012 or something. Not impressed, this thing is bad. Download lightburn, don’t waste your time. If I could give less than a star, I would.

Works great
App works great with my Longer nano. Wifi setup was a little difficult, but with trial and error I set it up and now it works great.
Annoying garbage
It looses my saved engraving settings and history all the time. Ridiculous. Literally useless.

IP adres have a dot not a comma. The app not available the dot, only comma. It is not working. Not contains ray5 type only B1 and Nano.

brand new longer 10 white engraver, download the latest version of this app, after three hours, still can't get anything to work, or to recognize each other. Tried from my laptop as well, USB, wireless, built-in, wireless hotspot, nothing works. Nothing but garbage. Everything is being returned on Monday I can't believe appsThat are this poorly written are allowed in the App Store. Avoid this company at all costs.
