What is this Garbage?

What nonsense is this? Why do we attempt to connect to wifi and our IP address is showing but does not even connect. Then there are other two options that are useless. Either delete this app or come correct with a new one!

Phone can’t connect to device over WiFi. I have tried everything. Waste of time. No support.

The app doesn’t connect with the laser. I’m working off an iPhone 16 and Woxcker laser. The SD card is in and still nothing.
