Why???
I have a Neptune and wanted WiFi, try to add an account via phone number, it says it’s “illegal” even though I checked it ten times with nothing wrong, then when you try email, as soon as you hit get code, it crashes. Please, I just wanted cloud with a Neptune printer!!!

Horrible app
This is one of the worst apps I have ever seen. It’s so buggy as to render it unusable. Its english translations are, at best, spotty, frequently absent, grammatically incorrect, or misspelled. Beyond that, it crashes when trying to register an account with an email address. The alternative is to register with a phone number, but entering any USA phone number returns a prompt that says “phone number is illegal”. Even if, by chance, the app does not crash when attempting to enter an email, the backend does not send the email verification code.
Since I just installed an MKS Robin WiFi module on my spouse’s FLSUN Super Racer 3D printer, I was hoping this app would let me connect to it, but it won’t even let me do that unless I log in. It literally says, “remind Con’t add printer, You should log in”. I don’t know what else to say except that I feel cheated after buying this WiFi module because the app that connects to it is useless.
