Same complaint! I’ve tried every email and login combination, cannot get in. And the credentials I use to successfully login to Tigernet do not work. No help, no reset available. Our email credentials are not connected to this app, it would seem. Rendering it utterly useless. No stars! But I give it 1 so I can post.

Cannot login!
Ridiculous. No workflow to login. I have multiple logins with Princeton IT, but none are working.
Log in not working
Like several other users who have reviewed this app, I cannot log in. I type in my email I put in my last name. I tried capitalizing it both ways and it didn’t work. Problem really is there’s no recourse for this. There’s no place you can go to fix it. There’s no link to tell you how to fix it there’s no number there is no nothing. Not good.

Reunions start in 3 days, and login does not work.
Another can’t log-in review
What good is the app of if I can’t log in? Princeton alum for 45 years. Can’t use it for reunions if I can’t open it. Reunions are next weekend. BTW!
