Same complaint! I’ve tried every email and login combination, cannot get in. And the credentials I use to successfully login to Tigernet do not work. No help, no reset available. Our email credentials are not connected to this app, it would seem. Rendering it utterly useless. No stars! But I give it 1 so I can post.

Cannot login!
Ridiculous. No workflow to login. I have multiple logins with Princeton IT, but none are working.
Log in not working
Like several other users who have reviewed this app, I cannot log in. I type in my email I put in my last name. I tried capitalizing it both ways and it didn’t work. Problem really is there’s no recourse for this. There’s no place you can go to fix it. There’s no link to tell you how to fix it there’s no number there is no nothing. Not good.

What good is the app of if I can’t log in? Princeton alum for 45 years. Can’t use it for reunions if I can’t open it. Reunions are next weekend. BTW!

Wow, Princeton. I can’t even login and I use the email that I registered with. What happened to a password reset button that is usually on all apps? I’m ashamed that you released this app to all alumni.

Tried to put app on my phone and it keeps telling me it doesn’t recognize my email or password and the app has no way to reset either.

Useless
I can’t get past the login page. They want your email for a password, but of course it is hidden, and they don’t even give you the correct keyboard for a password, so you have to hunt for the “.” & “@“ symbols.

This is stupid - this problem has been going on for months. It asks for my last name and email. I enter them. This is the email in all my alumni records; I know because Princeton used it to ask me money. The email field acts like a password field.

Straightforward and easy to use.
Helpful paperless option
Great for navigating Reunions on the go and having a paperless option. For those who had log-in issues, you have to wait to log in until the week of Reunions when the updated app goes live. I had no issues.
How do I log in?
Your app that asks for my last name and email address, but doesn’t work with my last name and email address. Where am I supposed to get the correct last name and email address to login?
