Issues
First of all, the device works great! The app on the other hand, not so much. When I first connected my device to the app, it said 20/20 photos had already been uploaded, so I wasn’t even given a chance to test it before having to pay for a subscription. Even after I paid, I was unable to upload photos to the app no matter what I tried! But I was able to upload them through the content hub on a web browser. Another issue I noticed is that thr feature that allows you to draw and create your own within the app is barely functional. I wasn’t able to use it. The only creation tool that worked properly within the app was creating my own text. My final gripe is that all the instructional videos have no sound, only subtitles. I am sight impaired, and I cannot follow the videos because of this and became very frustrated trying to figure out the device and the app.. For the high price tag on this item, they need to have a functional app. I’m a bit disappointed.

It works well
It works well, not hard to use, what else could you want. This is such a fun toy to mess with I know the kids will love it
Is the object used
Came new out of the box with 20 out of 20 uploads used? The wanted you to by an upgrade subscription to upload your picture right away. It had to be put away for 14 days right away to avoid an additional subscription
Basic functionality missing unless you pay monthly
This is a hardware device. How is it possible that I need to pay $5/10 per month to use it “offline”. Really terrible business practices. Bluetooth disconnects all the time and prints only occasionally come out well/complete.
