Still not received my product after paying full

I ordered 2 phon cases 10 days ago still not received any update no tracking id didn’t get any kind of solution and also contact no is switch off

They have taken my order and responding. While placing order I even had quality issues so I tried reaching them out but they are not answering my calls now. I have tried calling them multiple times. I have no hope whether I will receive the products or not. From past 6 days no movement I can see. They have taken advance payment and no response from them. Such a scam they are doing to people. SCAM‼️SCAM‼️
