Great cases-worst search feature!
I’ve been buying these cases for nearly a decade and they have saved my phone many times. Both the app and the website have the worst search function. I can type the exact name of the case I want and I still get 1000’s of results and the one I want is not in the top 100+ results.

So I’ve been wanting to put a picture I’ve found off Pinterest as my phone but I noticed that the option to create your own phone case from scratch is gone or no longer available … and it disappoints me because I’ve been rocking with Casefify heavily .
Good products bad app
While I love this companies products this app has a lot of issues especially with lag. It’s very hard to find a case quickly because how slow the app is to search and change pages. Also there’s this VERY annoying bug that doesn’t let you scroll through pictures and I just ended up using the website. Very disappointed

Slow shipping
Purchased multiple products on here and even paid extra for the express shipping and it still took about 11 days to arrive. Way too much money for a cell phone case to take that long to ship it’s coming out of one state and arriving in my state. It’s a domestic shipment. Temu even delivers before this thing gets to your house. Was trying to stop shopping at Amazon but this definitely forced me to go back.
