Very disappointed save your money buy other brand

I’m a Gold tier member. I bought a lot of their stuff and accessories for my iPads and iPhones. For what i pay for i assume i will get better quality of products or customer service than Amazon phone cases?But sadly i got none not quality/customer service. Goes to the quality first, I bought several iPhone cases after one year of usage the print was pilling off (not mentioning i usually put my phone in my bag when i go out) also i can’t claim a replacement or anything because it just passed the warranty period(since I’m a gold tier member i have 12 months prior to get a replacement but for regular tiers customers are 6 months). That happened to my 2 cases already. Right after past the warranty period. Goes to their service, My phone Charm is broken since I just bought it less than 3 months. So last week i reached out the customer service through the APP and file a claim to see if they can do something to help me. But a week later I didn’t hear a message or an email from them. Not even a confirmation email about my case. Very disappointed. APP are lagging hard to find products. Save your money go buy other brands. CASETIFY totally not worth the money. I will not buying a thing from them again.

使いづらい選びにくい

お気に入り機能がありません。ブックマークやウィッシュリストなどを採用しないのは何故なんだろう…。
いいなと思ったらとりあえずカートに入れるしか方法がありません。
マリメッココラボ可愛くて欲しかったけどバウンスケースじゃなかったので辞めました。

地味に使いずらい

アプリ内で、スマホケースをタップしてから、戻り他のスマホケースを見ようとすると、毎回1番上に戻されて、大量にあるスマホケースをまたスクロールして下にいかなければいけない。
それと、お気に入り登録できるようにして欲しい。
後は、ケースを人気順に見ることができるが、であれば、ケースを見た際に何分の何と言う形で何番目に見ているケースが人気なのかわかるようにして欲しい。

This app is absolutely awful

I will try and try to get it to create and add a case to my cart but every time the screen either turns white or tells me to login before saving even though I am already logged in.

WiFi

For now I’m giving it this because my internet/wifi is at full bars and it keeps loading when I try to get into the app saying my WiFi isn’t connecting. I haven’t even gotten to experience the app yet😭

Good but user interface difficult

I enjoy the app and its simplicity is nice but I can’t figure out how to input custom photos on the cases made for it.

애플계정으로 로그인하면 내 프로필을 못봄 트랙오더 내 갤러리등 싹다 안눌림 그래서 구글이랑 얀동시켰더니 구글도 먹통됨 문의넣어도 자동 답장밖에 안옴 컴퓨터로도 안되는거보면 내 계정이 문제같은데 좀 고쳐달라해도 안고쳐줌 골든데 계정 버리기는 너무 아까움

Appleアカウントの連携ができない、ApplePayに失敗する

基礎的なアカウント連携ができない、決済連携ができないのは買い物アプリとして、要件を満たせていないのでは。製品に関するレビューが多くありますが、それ以前に買い物がしづらく、致命的です。不具合修正を求めます。

キャンセルできると言ったりできないと言ったり。
ミスしたくせに責任は取らない詐欺会社。
んでもって商品着いたら不具合だらけ。
いつまでメールでしか問い合わせできないと言ってんだよ。
問い合わせしても同じ回答の連続で時間の無駄。気分悪い。
口コミに回答する暇があるなら補償しろ。

Great cases-worst search feature!

I’ve been buying these cases for nearly a decade and they have saved my phone many times. Both the app and the website have the worst search function. I can type the exact name of the case I want and I still get 1000’s of results and the one I want is not in the top 100+ results.

So I’ve been wanting to put a picture I’ve found off Pinterest as my phone but I noticed that the option to create your own phone case from scratch is gone or no longer available … and it disappoints me because I’ve been rocking with Casefify heavily .

케이스티파이가 x같은 점

디자인 하나 믿고 쓰는 브랜드 같습니다.

상품 검색은 잘 안 되고, 옵션 선택 후 공유한 링크는 다른 버전으로 열리고, 쿠폰은 자동 복사 방식이라 한 번 놓치면 다시 찾기도 어렵습니다.

원하는 케이스 하나 찾고 할인 적용하는 데 제품 고르는 시간보다 사이트랑 싸우는 시간이 더 오래 걸렸습니다.

케이스는 예쁜데 쇼핑 경험은 정말 불편했습니다.

Good products bad app

While I love this companies products this app has a lot of issues especially with lag. It’s very hard to find a case quickly because how slow the app is to search and change pages. Also there’s this VERY annoying bug that doesn’t let you scroll through pictures and I just ended up using the website. Very disappointed

Slow shipping

Purchased multiple products on here and even paid extra for the express shipping and it still took about 11 days to arrive. Way too much money for a cell phone case to take that long to ship it’s coming out of one state and arriving in my state. It’s a domestic shipment. Temu even delivers before this thing gets to your house. Was trying to stop shopping at Amazon but this definitely forced me to go back.

App Slow

The product looks like it will be great, but the app itself took forever to work and it went from a 20 minute fun project to over an hour and a half for zero reason. Again, end product will probably be great, but the app itself is trash.

The app has its many downsides

the app is pretty hard to navigate when you’re first trying to discover how to work it, and everytime i’m on the app for at least 2 mins it gives me a bot verification which takes forever to load and does not particularly work. When i try to troubleshoot or send a response for feedback, it’ll just kick me back to the verification page and continue to not work/load for ages. Order page and membership page also have a hard time loading most of the time which is making it hard for me to see my order. I love the cases though and i’m excited for mine i just wish the website was easier to use. 😢
