Great cases-worst search feature!
I’ve been buying these cases for nearly a decade and they have saved my phone many times. Both the app and the website have the worst search function. I can type the exact name of the case I want and I still get 1000’s of results and the one I want is not in the top 100+ results.
Case making options .?? 🫡
So I’ve been wanting to put a picture I’ve found off Pinterest as my phone but I noticed that the option to create your own phone case from scratch is gone or no longer available … and it disappoints me because I’ve been rocking with Casefify heavily .
Good products bad app
While I love this companies products this app has a lot of issues especially with lag. It’s very hard to find a case quickly because how slow the app is to search and change pages. Also there’s this VERY annoying bug that doesn’t let you scroll through pictures and I just ended up using the website. Very disappointed

Slow shipping
Purchased multiple products on here and even paid extra for the express shipping and it still took about 11 days to arrive. Way too much money for a cell phone case to take that long to ship it’s coming out of one state and arriving in my state. It’s a domestic shipment. Temu even delivers before this thing gets to your house. Was trying to stop shopping at Amazon but this definitely forced me to go back.

App Slow
The product looks like it will be great, but the app itself took forever to work and it went from a 20 minute fun project to over an hour and a half for zero reason. Again, end product will probably be great, but the app itself is trash.
The app has its many downsides
the app is pretty hard to navigate when you’re first trying to discover how to work it, and everytime i’m on the app for at least 2 mins it gives me a bot verification which takes forever to load and does not particularly work. When i try to troubleshoot or send a response for feedback, it’ll just kick me back to the verification page and continue to not work/load for ages. Order page and membership page also have a hard time loading most of the time which is making it hard for me to see my order. I love the cases though and i’m excited for mine i just wish the website was easier to use. 😢

アプリを起動するとずっとぐるぐるしていて一向に最初の画面から動かなかったスマホを再起動してもできなかった改善お願いします

로그인 완료해서 주문한거 배송상태나 준비 상태보려고 하면 왜 새로운창이 뜨는거임?? 굳이 인터넷으로 다시 봐야되면 어플이 필요가 없잖아요;
Not amazing
The cases maybe awesome. The process to make or get anything is awful. I paid over 300$ made 2 orders for custom ipad cases and phone cases for my kids and family. They hit me with copy right made me submit the images were mine, then made me submit the way I made them and still didn't make them. It's been a month and I haven’t gotten all my money back. It's just the same auto generated email over and over again.

a company like this doesn’t even honor their own warranty policy, bought an airpod case, it was sent to me damaged, getting a response is one of my issues, getting sent damaged product is one of them and the warranty that they dont honor is a scam. will not be retuning as a customer and will tell everyone this lousy experience with this overpriced and faulty product this company has to offer.

장바구니에 마음에 드는 제품 여러 개 넣어두고 한 개만 선택해서 구매하고 싶은데, 무조건 전체 구매 밖에 안 돼서 불편함. 하나 사서 쓰고 다음에 새로 구매할 때 장바구니에 넣어뒀던 것 중에 또 구매하고 싶은데, 스크랩 기능이라도 따로 있으면 좋겠음.
