Print unreliable
I have a brother MFC-9840CDW. When setting up this printer the first 2 tests did nothing the next 2 tests printed 50 pages of undefined text each test causing me to power down a network printer and restart it and clear the paper jams. Finally the 5th test printed and I thought I was ok. Next I clicked enable file extensions. Tried to print a simple web page from safari browser and clicked send to open print reliably app and I try to select my printer and the check mark never moved from the pdf setting. So I wasted 100 sheets of paper my drum unit and toner and finally uninstalled this unreliable app.

Only tried to connect to AirPrint
I downloaded this app because I knew my printer did not have AirPrint. This app says it prints off any wireless network, but after trying many times it only gave me the error message “no AirPrint printer available” each time. I know I don’t have an AirPrint printer, you were supposed to help with that!

Terrible app Does Not work at all after 5 try’s.

No test period.
I just printed my first and last document on this app. It was sixteen pages long and printed on expensive paper. The "watermark" they mention is very dark letters, 1/2" high spelling out "print reliably" all the way across the paper and repeated every 1 1/2" down the page. I am used to watermarks that are dim and let the original document show through - that would be fine for a test printout. These "watermarks" completely destroy the page you're printing. Every page is totally useless. I might have sprung for the paid version but what they are doing is rude and unnecessary. There are lots of printing apps. I'll try another.

Work the way in and should.
This is the way all apps should work. Easily reliably no craziness just click and print. Perfect. I can’t believe it took me this long to find a great printing app.

it just detects the available printer but it doesn't do the printing job! it can't establish a connection between the phone and the printer, so the only thing you get is not being able to print!

It cant find my printer...
I’ve tested printing on my printer from computer on same network, it works. This app can’t find the printer on network. I tried to send “form” to point this out, but got a “not submitted error”

Everything I tried to print came out with a big box with print reliably across it ....unless you want to pay !! Can forward to my laptop and print for free thank you nothing !
App crashes after the last update.
Also after the last update the app crashes.
Before the update the app searches for all my printers but the only finds airprint printers, the older printer it couldn't find and I don't get an option to add it manually.

We're sorry you're having trouble! When Print Reliably is not finding a printer, first make sure sure that the printer and your iOS device are on the same WiFi network. If the printer can't connect to WiFi, you could try connecting it to a Macintosh computer and enabling network sharing. If you wish to have us investigate further, you could use the "Contact Support" or "Send Logs for Error Reports" actions inside the App.
