Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MICAS Mobile Agent at 5.0 against Print Reliably's 2.5. MICAS Mobile Agent also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1). Print Reliably's advantage is ratings volume (77 vs 1) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
