Can’t get it set up to print

Can’t get it to print have tried many ways to print but shows the wrong paper is on can’t get the right paper to come up.

Now not a free app!

I used to be able to print on my up printer using an HP app that allowed free use for basic print and scan. Now HO want me to pay for their app!!!!! Bloody disgraceful

Scan on the Printer

HP changed this app and I don’t see how I can just scan a document on the printer. I had to take a photo of it to create a PDF document then send it. The steps to just scan a document on the printer are not user friendly (I don’t know how to do it). I find this disappointing that HP has created an issue that wasn’t there before in simply scanning a document on the printer then sending it. John Sires
