This is actually so ridiculous, first of all the app would take long connecting to the printer, and then I tried the free trial and then canceled it because I didn’t want it anymore and then I get charged before the trial even ends??? Mind you the trial ends the 24 of September and I got charged today. I wasn’t gonna write this but it is just absolutely horrible. I need a refund back. This is unacceptable. 🤦🏻‍♀️😡
