Why can't I print from my phone?
I have been trying for over an hour to print from my phone. I used to be able to but no more. Not happy

Having a lot of trouble when it asks “to select air printer”. It says “no air printer found”. It worked well initially but I had to change modems and now it seems too complicated. Please help

Avoid - scam
Absolute scam, £7.99 per week and it never worked. It also took me a bit too long to realise how to unsubscribe. I only signed up in desperation due to some sudden printing issues - honestly it never worked despite trying various solutions. It solved nothing and at this price feels exploitative.

Previously happy, not now
I’ve been happy with the printer but today I was unhappy to print a label from Amazon. It appears there is a new upgraded printing app for this printer that you must pay for if not printing from the computer but from an outside source. I could be wrong about this but the minute I try to ID this printer to print the label from, the item to be printed disappears.

No way of cancel the first three days even if purchased full year
This is not right/ fair. I again was suckered into thinking this will work on my phone and printer. The App can’t even find my printer. Even when the app knows what brand it is. I know I should have tried it on a three day trial. I was dumb!!
Is there anyway I can get my money back? There needs to be a way to request a return on the purchase. Especially only trying it one day. Crazy!!
