This is a stupid printer. Most difficult I’ve ever seen to get it set up. It’s insane.

It said this would match my printer but no service available unless you pay for the yearly or weekly Payment.
It won’t cancel the three day trial
And it can’t locate my printer i tried a whole hour just for it to not work Its not fair at all i need my cash back
Paying for a free service
I looked up my printer and was told this is the app, I had to start a free trial just to try and print my paper all for it to not even connect to my printer. I quickly found the correct printer app and got it done and printed for free in the time it took me to start the free trial

Having a lot of trouble when it asks “to select air printer”. It says “no air printer found”. It worked well initially but I had to change modems and now it seems too complicated. Please help

Avoid - scam
Absolute scam, £7.99 per week and it never worked. It also took me a bit too long to realise how to unsubscribe. I only signed up in desperation due to some sudden printing issues - honestly it never worked despite trying various solutions. It solved nothing and at this price feels exploitative.

Previously happy, not now
I’ve been happy with the printer but today I was unhappy to print a label from Amazon. It appears there is a new upgraded printing app for this printer that you must pay for if not printing from the computer but from an outside source. I could be wrong about this but the minute I try to ID this printer to print the label from, the item to be printed disappears.
