Sorry for the messy screen issue on iPad! This app is currently designed for iPhone only and hasn’t been fully optimized for iPadOS yet, which causes display glitches like screen recursion. Our team plans to add official iPad support in future updates. Thanks for your valuable feedback!
Basic app - lacks functionality
- You can’t save a design to be used again, or used as a template.
- The typeface (“font”) options are awful. There are many decorative fonts in the menu, but for basic legibility and utility, you’re out of luck.
- As a workaround for the lack of selectable fonts, there are some built in templates that DO have different/better fonts, which are not available via the font menu. Seriously??
Unfortunately, this app seems to be the only option to run the pocket sized xengro thermal printer.

Sorry for the trouble and thanks for your feedback. Save designs using the bottom-left button, then find them in Recent or Favorites on the homepage. Around 30 fonts are available when adding text to your canvas.
