Print-hand premium is fantastic. Hp app wants me to find a file that i want to print! It takes me 30 minutes to find it.I love print-hand premium! I will not ever use hp app again,takes way to long to print!

I have used PrintHand for years, and find the ability to print documents in reverse order ( last page first) extremely useful as I do not have to manually re-order the pages after pulling them from output tray of my printer.
I downloaded PrintHand to my Android Tablet years ago (and paid the Premium fee).
The reverse print feature was rather unique among print utilities available at the time and I am so .... so .... used to it that I downloaded the mobile App version into my Dad’s iPhone so I could print out several lengthy user manuals.
The search utility in the Apple App Store came up with two PrintHand Apps.
I downloaded the first, paid the fee required to use it, but could not find the ‘reverse print’ feature.
I then downloaded the second (premium) version, only to discover that it also did not have ‘reverse print’.
In fact both versions seemed identical to one another in every way. (I might have downloaded the same one twice, as the App Store entries and icons look pretty much the same.)
At any rate, I removed both, and am hoping to get a refund for at least one of them, assuming...
1. That the premium version has the desired feature after all,
And
2. That I indeed had mistakenly ordered two copies of the basic (non-premium) version.
Apparently, Apple cannot issue refund, as the fee was requested when I opened the App (in-app purchase).
I have emailed the PrintHand developer and hope to rectify the issues as to the refund and whether or not the ‘reverse print’ feature is available in the current PrintHand product.
I am still a happy user of PrintHand as it exists on my tablet.

Love this app!
I’ve “Shared” from websites and they print nicely. I’ve also copied portions of websites and electronic books and printed them using this app; the printouts always look nice.
