I use Apple Pay often but the last approximately two weeks it hasn’t worked. The i formation that you all to remove the card and I waited a few minutes to reinstall and it still doesn’t work. It is very embarrassing to be told my payment is declined.
Another thing is I applied for a loan to be told that the application was not received. Very frustrating. I will be seeking another bank.

i have not been able to open the app for a couple weeks now and there’s no point in even having it.
Horrible!
I’ve opened this account and for the past 2 weeks, I haven’t been able to open the app and set up my online banking account because of technical difficulties. For 2 weeks! I can’t access my account via phone because they are claiming that I’m still associated with a different account, which I’m not. I really hate this, I’m irritated.

The app is ok if you want to only check your balance. They need to update their system and add Zelle. The features on the app are antiquated.
