App is trash. I try to view my past transactions and kicks me out. Called support and was told theirs works so can’t help me. App is useless to me
iOS 18 doesn’t open
Since updating to iOS 18 the app no longer opens. I tried deleting and reinstalling and still no dice.

App won’t launch anymore
I’m getting ready to switch banks just because of the app. How am I suppose to check balances and transfers when the app won’t even launch. It just stays on the blue loading screen. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading but nothing works. This has been going on for over a month without a fix.

I’m having issues here when am trying to login the username and password they told me to enter the company I’d i don’t of it please what can i do about it
Get a new company.
Great Bank but the company that sets up your app up should be fired immediately. Spend the money and get a company that knows online banking. This is not it.
