Works very well as an iOS companion to Plex server

App is alright. But has so many bugs and has not been updated in years. You shouldn’t be selling something that you have abandoned

They appear but do not actually play
Just freezes now
Playlists not showing. Can’t see smart playlist anymore. Why? Shame, because it use to work. Would also be great if the library got more realestate, rather than I tiny sidebar. Take up the whole screen like the audio books app Nothing about this app works anymore

I have been using this app for a couple years and I love it!! I really wish the developer would maybe update it but, for the most part it works flawlessly! Store all my music on plex

It’s the only way to listen to music. I store all of my music on my Plex server and listen to it almost exclusively through Prism on my iPhone and iPad.
Only two minor complaints: I wish the app didn’t use rounded images for artists and I wish there was an option to make the rating button in the player set everything to 5 stars instead of offering you the full rating options — the Plexamp app offers this.

Prism is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Unlike the official Plex apps, it actually lets me sync my entire Plex music library offline, including all the metadata, so I can browse and search everything without any hassle. The app is simple, easy to use, and just works. Perfect for anyone who loves their Plex music collection.

Doesn’t see updates on the Plex server
The interface is better than PlexAmp, but that doesn’t matter since PlexAmp sees server updates and Prism simply does not.

My only complaints would be that there is no shuffle available in the player view, and the repeat button is not immediately viewable, you have to scroll down just slightly. Also wish there was a visualizer.
