Overly complicated filled with ads and the User interface is sized incorrectly which prevents me from even using most of the features.

Lousy Product

First I cannot download the desktop software. I’ve tried two computers and get exception messages. Next, the video on the help site is not for the lite version. Some here proclaim how easy it is to use. Define “easy” as I have spent an entire afternoon trying make this work. Back to Amazon.
