Please fix the aspect ratio to properly fit all devices in the edit menu for custom sound profiles.

Overly complicated filled with ads and the User interface is sized incorrectly which prevents me from even using most of the features.
Lousy Product
First I cannot download the desktop software. I’ve tried two computers and get exception messages. Next, the video on the help site is not for the lite version. Some here proclaim how easy it is to use. Define “easy” as I have spent an entire afternoon trying make this work. Back to Amazon.

App Review
i wont lie, the app itself is buns. it freezes, it takes a long time to load, forces restarts, and it does have some typos here and there (much like the physical manual… i don’t really care though, just being honest). that being said, the Puppis is good. i dont normally feel compelled to write reviews, but if the app itself wasn’t a near headache, i probably wouldn’t have cared. the app doesnt have to be good, it just has to do the job. this app does… slowly. hope it gets fixed. rooting for you guys

Doesn’t work on iPhone
When you try to add a device it just asks you to turn on Bluetooth, even if it’s already on. Completely useless app. Tried turning Bluetooth off and on, it doesn’t matter.
Trash APP.
Fix this, your EQ is so buggy it doesn’t even save your mods properly - and then… it only has like 6 bands - …? Useless.
Should have bought the Soundcore P-10. At least their app isn’t useless.

Customer service really did save my review on the puppis s1 they were honest and helpful they haven’t experienced something like my problem, the puppis I had first was defective and they replaced it with a brand new one
Cannot even log into the app
Entering a user name and password renders the Log In button useless; cannot tap on it at all, it does nothing. App is utterly useless.
Used to work
For the last two weeks I have spent way too much time. I used to be able to reset device and that would fix connection problem. I follow all the steps in order and it’s still glitching. Won’t let me stream. Says my WiFi password is incorrect and I know it’s not. Thinking about trashing it.

App doesn't work.
App doesn't work on iPhone 14 Pro Max. It keeps telling me to turn my Bluetooth on but my Bluetooth IS already on.
Not for Carina W1 battery pack.
Even though the QR Code change with my Carina W1 battery pack, there are no features on this app dedicated to that peripheral.
