Coordinators of Pristyn care is not good
I am disappointed with the service provided by the organization.
During our prior discussions regarding my cataract surgery, I was assured that the four follow-up appointments would be free of charge. However, I was charged 500 rupees for the fourth follow-up. This discrepancy has left me feeling misled.
I kindly request that you review this matter and address the concerns I’ve raised. False commitments can be quite disappointing, and I would appreciate your attention to this issue.

Literally the worst service in terms of healthcare
Nobody cares about you or your health once the payment is done. I consulted Dr. Prateek Thakur for a surgery, and after that consultation, no one followed up with me at all.
There has been zero communication, no guidance, no next steps shared. What’s worse is that the customer care becomes completely unreachable once they’ve taken the money—calls are not answered and concerns are ignored.
Healthcare is about trust, responsibility, and patient care. Unfortunately, this experience reflects none of that.

Misleading and exploitative- worst health care experience with Pristyn care
I had one of the worst experience with Pristyn care. They initially promised lower treatment cost for my piles surgery, which seems reasonable compared to other hospitals. But once I joined I realised the truth: Pristyn Care is not a hospital they are just brokers pretending to offer healthcare services.
They don’t have hospitals. Instead they send you to multiple third party hospitals and diagnostics centers often located far apart from each other and from your home. For every single test and appointment, I was made to travel different locations making the entire process exhausting and confusing.
Once you are admitted you are left helpless you are completely at the mercy of the partner hospitals and in the end you will pay the same or more as any regular hospital would charge despite all the chaos and inconvenience.
Pristyn care is nothing but a middleman exploiting patients making fake promises to lure people. Avoid at all cost- your health and peace of mind are too valuable to risk with such unprofessional and misleading services.

Not recommended
I highly not recommend this services because they will be forcing you to do procedures and they will say we will be looking all you requirements. Once you joins the hospital they will leave the people like they don’t know us every thing we have to follow up and they said cab I can book from my end and they stated that they will refund my amount but still my amount not came and they are only 500…..pathetic services not at recommended and there customer service was choker….dont go by Pristyn….

Past appointment History vanished
I’ve tried raising this concern multiple times to coordinators. All they told me we’ll send prescription on whatsapp. The ‘My appointment’ section always gives an error stating “No internet connection”. Previously it used to provide list of all past prescriptions and appointments with doctors. This is still not fixed

Worst experience
I started my dental aligner treatment with Pristyn Healthcare last year. The treatment was supposed to last 7 months, during which I was given 14 aligners, and the total cost was approximately ₹50,000. I was assured that my teeth would be perfectly aligned within 7 months. Additionally, I was promised that if the alignment was not satisfactory, extra aligners would be provided at no additional cost until my teeth were fully corrected.
However, after 7 months, I noticed that my teeth were still not aligned properly, there was a visible gap, and I was even facing some discomfort in my back teeth. I reached out to Pristyn Healthcare to discuss this, but to my surprise, they informed me that I would need to pay extra for additional aligners because, according to them, my treatment was “complete.”
This is absolutely unacceptable. Completing the treatment means fulfilling the promise of properly aligned teeth, not simply finishing the timeline. When I argued that they hadn’t delivered on their commitment, they stopped responding to me altogether.
This feels like a scam to me. They charged me a significant amount of money, made false promises, and now refuse to address my concerns. I even met many peoples with facing a same problem from pristyn. So guys be aware of such scams and don't waste your hard earned money. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Initially, they seem attentive and supportive, but once the insurance approval is done and you’re admitted to the hospital, their responsiveness drastically declines. Aftercare is virtually non-existent, and their care coordinators do not answer calls.
I’ve had two unfortunate experiences with them—first with cataract surgery, and later with fissure surgery a year later. Both times, I felt misled and deeply regret choosing them. Please be cautious and consult directly with reputable hospitals and specialists. Avoid Pristyn Care for your peace of mind.

Bad service
The pristyn care's doctors are very selfish. They wants only money . They do only surgeries , they dont care about your POST-OP .They do your surgery and then after they don't care weather you are alive or dead. And when you will trying to approach to your concerned doctor. He will refuse to meet . And After two months if you meet them by chance . They will call you to their clinic and refuse to meet . Some of their workers will come to you and take your pictures and forward to the doctor and . He is like all ok all ok. And if you ask them that i have this type of problem, he will not help you and the language (tone) is now very different . I had my gynecomastia surgery from dr S sasikumar, 2 months ago . I asked them my stitches is coming inside from my nipple , my nipple is hurting so much , he is like all ok go. I am feeling something like seroma inside my chest and sides . My left nipple is puffy , i sent him the pictures i don't know weather he saw or not. He said you only got one week of surgery and you have this problem that problem go home . If we pay around 50,000 to the doctor and he is behaving like this ,then please guys dont go for these types of apps . I am treating myself and going to show another doctor.

Never to Pristine
I would highly recommend people not to fall prey to such greedy people. All they are concerned is to swindle insurance money. They will talk till they receive the approval, and will leave the patient in limbo after that. They play with people’s health and welfare just for the sake of money. These people are not even fit for the hottest place in hell. Please do have consultation with your known doctors and take call accordingly. Pristine wants to sell surgery like candy in the shop. After borrowing personal experience I write this. Your health is your priority and please do not trade it just because someone wanted to make business out of it.

Worst decision of my life is Pristyn
Pristyn chase you unless they get you to the hospital for the surgery. Once you are at the hospital everyone disappears from the entire scene. I got operated by a doc and I am I middle of nowhere chasing Pristyn folks and no one seems to be available to help. Everytime I call their central number they tell me they will call back but they forget you. Now you are stranded with stitches from the surgery and have no clue what to do next. The doc disappears, Pristyn disappears. It is a NIGHTMARE.

Hair and skin treatment
Hi All,
Please don’t go for hair treatment with Pristyn care it’s full of scam and giving false promises and care to the patient especially the middle person between the patient and the doctor is the biggest lie tell person and gives false promises in the beginning of treatment they will say one and after the treatment they will say one, they are our money sucking monsters, I do suggest u all to have a consultation with at least 2 or 3 doctors near by u and go with the best , pls don’t ever go for hair treatment in Chennai

Though hospital is not a happy place for anyone to visit but pristyn care helped made this journey smooth. We went for surgery for varicose veins. Hi all, We belong from an orthodox family where in we never believed in such apps, few days back We were planning for my mother’s cataracts operation , I was scrolling Instagram and saw Pristyn’s advertisement, so I sent an inquiry about my requirement, after some time I received a call from one of the Pristyn’s care Cordinator “Abdul Malik”,he explained me each and everything very well, he suggested few hospitals near by our location from which I chose one(trivision eye hospital),from d first day itself Abdul Malik has taken care of each and everything, from the insurance to post operation check ups , He took regular follow ups for everything , Like I am not writing this review for Pristyn but for Abdul Malik, I highly appreciate his efforts and dedication towards everything that he has taken care from pre operation to post operation consultation. HORRIBLE POST SURGERY SUPPORT
Deepti called me on 4th Feb telling that she will be looking after my processes giving me timely updates and doing checkins. The first check in made by the representative was after I was admitted to the hospital on my own and no support was provided by Pristyn. No checkin before the surgery was done no checkin after the surgery was done. Some random dude named Abhishek Gupta visits me at the hospital at 9 pm in the evening (6 hours after the surgery)telling that they are Pristyn representative and to reach out to them for any help (never shared any number). Representative named Deepti reaches out to on 5th Feb again when I called Pristyn care to know the status of my discharge. She was rude, lied that she was calling me before (there are no records of her calling me) and responses were scripted and she absolutely had no intention to help. TO SUMMARIZE MY DISCARGHE PROCESS IS NOTHING LESS THAN HELL AS THE DOCTORS HAVE STOPPED LOOKING AFTER GIVING DISCHARGE CLEARANCE AND THE DRIP NEEDLE WONT BE TAKEN OUT TILL I AM DISCOVERED. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SUPPORT.

Pl do not use this app. These guys enroll hospitals witjout any proper background check. I had a very bad experience with the app as well as the hospital they have suggested.
Last week, I had an gynec appointment via this app in LIFE hospital indiranagar. It was for MTP. In th follow up scan, the hospital manipulated the scan report to carry out DnC to take money from us. When this was reported to prystine care, they took no responsibitlity to follow up. terrible experience. pl donot use this app.

Surgery
I had undergone a Surgery few months back with Pristyn care. Everything went well. It was so well organised. Primarily the doctor explained me everything regarding the surgery and is always available whenever i seek for help. The way it was performed truly justifies the experience of the doctor and I would like to appreciate the Staff as well . I had been allocated two executives who really took care from before the surgery to after it. I would specifically like to appreciate Balram who was looking after my case inside out . He explained me everything before the surgery and he used to take timely updates even after the surgery as well just to make sure about my health and to update the doctor as well. It’s been an year now after the surgery but even if i would contact now to ask something about anything like insurance, claim, medications they are always willing to help. The staff and the doctor are really humble and friendly and explains everything with a clear view. If in future someone is looking for any medical solution to their problems i will definitely recommend Pristyn care.
