It’s easy, reliable and fast. Puts me wherever I need to be. Great app and service. Been using it for almost 5 years and never had an issue. Customer service was very responsive and helpful when I needed assistance.
PLEASE SOLVE THE ISSUE
For God sake, please solve this issue that it needs pass all the time when you use IKEV configuration and when you want to try the password, you have to wait two or three times until the password screen stays steady! PLEASE , it really sucks!!
Fraudulent advertising through the Apple middleman
Tried to get a refund within minutes of purchase and was denied. Most of these supposed and alleged privacy apps are blatantly falsely advertised but worse they get to deny refunds because Apple has a real problem and bias against and with privacy.
Only after buying these "privacy" products that are supposed to keep people from monitoring and Filtering your network activity you receive the prompt which nullifies the very purpose of the product you are trying to purchase. "all network activity on this iPhone may be monitored and filtered" by who? It doesn't say and ask your lawyer what that means.
This is the equivalent of selling someone a flying suit only to open the box in front of them and finding a little note stating "in order to use this suit you must accept that suit can not fly" and surprise, no refunds while the seller laughs in your face.

I have recently downloaded this app but I get different different version of it than shared by App Store, from App Store. It is- 2.2.13 while App Store mentioned it to be 2.2.12
App OK, but widgets don’t work.
The widgets don’t display any info or work. This has been an issue across the last few updates that had not been addressed.
Latest update broke widget
Been using TorGuard for several years and zero problems, However latest update has broken the widget. Tried uninstalling and same issue. U can’t tell if you’re online. Widget is blurred out.
Widget does not work properly
Latest update borked the Widget. iOS 18.7.3, deleted app and reinstalled, reboot, no change.

Buggy VPN
In spite of having a valid subscription it doesn’t work. Doesn’t restore purchases. They said free trial and immediately deducted 1099 from my account. Also when I try to login it doesn’t allow.

This app is very unreliable; it frequently displays Internal Server Error when attempting to purchase a subscription. Even after successful payment, it still shows errors indicating that the operation couldn't be completed. Overall, I have no trust in this poorly developed app.
