Can’t access my memories!
I’ve had the paid version for years. I upgraded my phone and with iOS 13.3.1 I can’t open it. Is there at least a way to recover the photos? Had some great memories stored which I have not been able to access for a long time.

Is there anyway I can get my pics from your app without an update? Right now they are held hostage until you guys update. I have tons of pictures now that I have absolutely no access to. When I try to contact it puts me to something that asks my revenue and everything. I just want my pics.

Really like the app but not longer IOS compatiable and now no longer can get my personally information I kept on it. Also poor support.

Great app when it worked. Please update. I have many files I can’t retrieve until you upgrade. I would be willing to pay to retrieve the files. Offer an update with payment. Seriously. If this app worked the way it used to I’ll pay $20 US.
