This release makes paying and booking smoother. Payments • You can now add a payment card directly in the app — no more being handed off to a browser. Your card details go straight to our payment provider and never touch the app. • When your bank asks for extra verification, that step now happens in-app too. • Payment setup is offered up front, so you're never shown a price and then stopped at checkout. Booking • Nearby chauffeurs now appear on the map, and distances are measured from your pickup point rather than a fixed location. • Reservation requests can now include a preferred vehicle, a preferred chauffeur and a pickup lead time — and you can turn a confirmed reservation into a booked ride in one tap. • Your request details are shown on the reservation afterwards, so you can see exactly what you asked for. Fixes and polish • Fixed a request form where Submit couldn't be tapped. • Replaced several dead-end messages with an explanation and a way forward. • Refreshed styling and typography, and fixed text overflowing on smaller screens and at larger accessibility text sizes. • Updated the Care Specialist phone number.
