Great app
More than you expected
Almost perfect
I have been obsessed with this app for helping with getting through copious grad school assigned readings. I recommend it to everyone with ADHD who needs the audio input for retention. It has all the features I was looking for and more, but I removed a star because it’s somehow not compatible with CarPlay, which critically impacts the way I use the app.

Surprisingly good
Very good use this instead of notability scan part
$23.99 upgrade?
Paid $23.99 to unlock all options.. I went to App Store and manually turned it on first use. Now the upgrade functions are minimized and upgrade function non app and in store not working. I see the same developer has other apps of similar price. Pro upgrade broken. Need another app with my upgrade!

Awesome app
This app is way ahead of the others with a lot of features and good pricing. The best feature was “smart actions”. Please include folder management.

Still have watermarks on scanned pages
I’ve purchased premium upgrade however l still see watermark on scanned pages. What am l missing??
Love it, but
I'm seeing text distortion on documents that abbyy finereader doesn't distort. The text is all blocky. Not sure what that's about but it should be fixed. Also does this use swap? I'm trying to ocr a large document (800 pages) with an m1 ipad with 1tb storage but it still can't do it. The file without ocr is only 58.4 MB so why can't it recognize the text?

A pretty good app
It has a lot of features which other apps are lacking so on that front 5 stars. Quality is not as acurate as voice dream scanner. For a $19.95 app you expect 100% acurate copy of the original document especially if you are sharing a document. So, I hope you will improve in that area. Text reader is not accurate either compared to free apps like seeing ai etc. Keep on perfecting you are close. Thanks.

Disappeared CRITICAL data
Very disappointed when I tried to ensure that some very important data was uploaded into the cloud. My data on my iPhone Prizmo App disappeared. I can’t find it anywhere, and THERE IS NO SUPPORT FOR THIS APP.
Normal scan has ad / white mark
Even a normal scan of document comes with their app add or white mark of app on the document. Not acceptable.
Scam, Greed, Highway robbery
I have purchased this app long ago I think I paid like $5. I liked to use it to scan photos to recognize the text and then copy and paste it to use in other apps.
Well Prizmo’s greed took that function away unless I have to pay another $18 or subscribe to its plan for $10 a year to keep them employed so I won’t get a text saying :
BlAh blah losers [••• Scanned with Prizmo: get Premium Pack or Cloud Plan to remove all text limitations & watermark •••]
You can go Prizmo yourself! Go invent another app or lay off some people you don’t need, instead of a trying to get more from the people who supported you from the beginning! Mark ZuckerBurb!
I am sure I can find similar apps by other developers.

Great utility
Prizmo is my go-to tool for turning old scans into tidy OCR PDFs. The iOS version also keeps the file size remarkably small.
Nead hindi language included
It is a great app I am using it with VoiceOver for long period with premium subscription. Are use it for my every document editing things and for recognising documents. I want you to include Hindi language as well as I live in India and I come across such documents also. I don’t want to use another application for Hindi document recognition.

Bought the app lost functionality
I bought this app some years ago, and since the upgrade I now cannot use the app without restrictions, like watermark. Total scam. You will pay for the app one day and loose what you paid for the next. Very disappointing. Update: Got an answer back from support, and they basically confirmed that I need to pay again. BE AWARE you will pay and in couple of years they will take it away and you will pay again.

Hello. If you purchased the Premium Pack a while back, the watermark should not be visible. Have you tried doing a restore of your purchase? Shortcuts integration needed
Fast, responsive and accurate. A quality app well worth the money
It does need to have Shortcuts integration. URL callbacks don’t cut the mustard anymore. The ability to send a pdf from Shortcuts to Prizmo 5 for OCR to searchable pdf and then return the OCRed pdf for metadata work and saving in Devonthinktogo 3 would be awesome

Very good app
Premium pack works well as do smart actions. Great app, simple to use and scans are pretty good. Is there any reason why Apple Pencil can’t be integrated to work on the photo or imported file? Just curious and ignorant, quite happy with the app. Well done and thanks to the developers.
Update: be advised, Pay per devise
I purchased this app on my phone for $13.99 so my disabled son and daughter could use it for school. When they got their own phones I down loaded it to their phones. This app charged me THREE times through “in-app” purchases. I hope they change this business practice and have 1 time charge app so customers can use Apples family share program. I feel at minimum they should disclose that the Premium package is per devise only.
We love the function of the app and that my kids can stay up with their class for school. For that I give it a hands down 5 stars. However, I can’t give it more stars when it feels they trick people into using the app and paying so much for each device the app is on. Please do the right thing and fix this.
Update: I was pleased to receive word from the developers that they have a volume product that will work on multiple devises using the family share feature. I appreciate that. I have added more stars to my review. I do hope they add that volume option to suggestions so families can see that choice. It’s too late for me since I’ve already spent so much on 3 apps.

Hello. In-app purchases are not supported by Family Sharing (= only valid for paid apps) at this time, unfortunately, but this is something that is likely going to change in the future. In the meantime as a solution, we have made available Prizmo 5 (Volume Ed.), which can be purchased in volume by schools & business, but also by individuals and it supports Family Sharing as it is a paid app. No trick here. We make everything possible to offer our users the best experience possible by offer alternatives. /TC
