Pro Care Track

The purpose of Pro CareTrack is to bridge the communication gap between hospitals, outreach officers (PROs), and local doctors (RMPs). Our app replaces messy paperwork with a digital system that tracks every field visit and allows local doctors to book hospital appointments for their patients instantly. By doing this, we help hospitals grow their patient numbers, ensure PROs are accountable, and provide patients with a much faster, more organized experience.
