Sharing of scanned
App is blocking me from sharing scanned documents unless i upgrade to pro version and I can’t restore current because I keep getting an error “restoring failed”

Scam! Unbelievable!
I paid for and downloaded the app. I uses ir for a couple of months without any problems, but when I updated it, I lost all my documents. Is this a joke? I’ve been trying to contact Apple and the developer for months, but still no response.

This app crashed every time when I click more options
This is such a scam. I want a full refund.
I tried out the free version of this app. I scanned all my documents. Then, when I wanted to export them, it became too cumbersome with all the ads and not being able to export to google drive. So I upgraded to the pro version, which opened as a new app. None of my documents are in the pro version. They are all still in the basic (free) app, and I still do not have the ability to export to google drive or even to back up to iCloud (you need pro for that, which I have - as a separate app). I’ve never seen anything so ridiculous. So I reached out to their customer service (through the contact us option in the app) thinking that they could help me get my documents synced to the pro app. However, the email came back as undeliverable because the email address couldn’t be found. Even in the App Store, when I click on app support, it tells me the site is down for maintenance. So, since no one is helping me and the pro version is pretty useless to me for what I need, I would like to get a full refund so I can find an app that works properly and actually has customer service.

Платное приложение, а толку ноль.
Заплатил не маленькие деньги, чтобы комфортно пользоваться. В итоге получил вечные зависания, лаги и вылетание из программы. Практически через каждое действие сканирования программа сама выходит из приложения и приходиться все делать заново! Неужели так трудно исправить эти баги!!!

Just purchased the pro version and it works great and very speedy. Has an auto feature that highlights the page scanned so no more cropping. Love it. Can save it and sent it and print it.

Passata a pro ma non va molto bene
Sono passata alla versione pro, ma comunque l’app si chiude da sola quando voglio salvare i pdf sul dispositivo.
