Bezüglich der Abbuchung: Laut Apple-Richtlinie muss ein Abonnement mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf der kostenlosen Testphase gekündigt werden, um eine anschließende Belastung zu vermeiden. Falls Sie fristgerecht gekündigt haben und dennoch belastet wurden, empfehlen wir Ihnen, sich direkt an den Apple-Support zu wenden, da Rückerstattungen für App-Store-Abonnements nur von Apple bearbeitet werden können. Unübersichtliche Gestaltung
Sehr schade, das ganze fing wirklich vielversprechend an, jetzt haben wir fast 70 Eur ausgegeben und nutzen es nicht mehr, da es einfach überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar ist. So gut die KI auch funktioniert, so schlecht ist die wirtschaftliche und damit alltägliche Umsetzung durch seine Programmierer und ärgerlich obendrein.
Leider am Ziel vorbei👎🏻

Impossible to cancel, app does not work
When I tried to cancel my subscription, the app sent me into endless verification loops and Cloudflare errors. The cancellation page does not load properly and throws gateway timeout errors, so I literally cannot cancel. This feels intentional and extremely frustrating.
On top of that, the app keeps pushing paid AI credits when the basic functionality is broken. I do not want more credits, I just want to cancel.
This has been a very poor experience. If you offer a free trial, cancellation must be straightforward. Right now it is not.
