functionality fine, bad performance
Response from developer
No crypto mining đ iOS restricts how third-party alarm apps can operate, so ProAlarm must remain active in the background to ensure alarms fire reliably and features such as Powerful Backup Sound and custom audio from Apple Music or Files continue working. This may use slightly more battery, so I recommend charging your phone overnight. That activity is the reliability mechanism, not wasted processing. Alternatively, allow Alarm permission in Settings, set your alarm, and close ProAlarm. The native iOS alarm will still ring, while your missions remain required for dismissal. I hope this context clears up why the app behaves this way and gives the experience a fairer second look. For any questions, please write to me at hello@sumitpandey.net.
