Why

Why do I have to pay to do everything when it’s free to download?

Seems good but have to pay $4 to use

You can’t do battle with more than 6 units unless you pay $4 so essentially the app is useless, the only time you would calculate the odds is for large scale battles, which you can’t do unless you pay.

Fighters disadvantages

This app seems pretty good for the most part. I’m not very good at calculating probabilities, but from what I can tell fighters are pretty useless. Getting more dice rolls increases your chances of getting a hit much more than buying a more expensive unit with odds of one, two, or even three more faces on a 6-sided die. Buying 4 infantry instead of 1 fighter increases your chances of of a hit and your opponent must land 4 hits instead of 1. The concept is the same for armor on land offense subs for sea offense. The app doesn’t do a very good job, however, of accurately calculating the odds of fighters vs subs. It tends to show both sides with close to zero chance of winning.

Response from developer

Sorry the sound wasn't working for you, are you sure that your volume was up? It works for me.

Bait & Switch

As soon as you try to “simulate,” it tells you that you need to pay to upgrade. Boo

Response from developer

You can simulate up to 7 units for free :)
